This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and seri88 governing your use of the platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
The following cards summarize the most important aspects of the seri88 player agreement. They do not replace the full legal text below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use seri88. Age is verified through the KYC process before your first withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on seri88. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.
All deposits and withdrawals on seri88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions detailed in the Bonuses clause. Abuse of bonuses results in forfeiture and account suspension.
Any use of bots, VPNs to circumvent restrictions, collusion, arbitrage abuse, or other prohibited strategies will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds as permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which seri88 is licensed. By registering, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service offered by seri88. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. seri88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Member cannot confirm they are 21 or older.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. seri88 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of seri88 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region of residence. seri88 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally restricted from entering contracts — whether by reason of age, mental incapacity, or other legal impediment — are not permitted to register.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. You must not register or attempt to register an account if you have previously requested self-exclusion from seri88 or if you are subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with seri88.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual person may register and maintain only one Account on seri88. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). seri88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify seri88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party. Any such transfer will render the Account immediately void.
3.5 Corporate Accounts. Accounts may only be registered by natural persons. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register Accounts on seri88.
4.1 Verification Requirement. seri88 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process involves the submission of government-issued identification documents and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 Additional Verification. seri88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source-of-funds declarations, or bank statement evidence, at its reasonable discretion for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.
4.4 Suspension Pending Verification. seri88 may place withdrawal restrictions on any Account pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Deposits and gameplay may continue during this period unless the Account is otherwise suspended.
4.5 Failure to Verify. If a Member fails to provide the required KYC documentation within a reasonable period of being requested to do so, seri88 reserves the right to close the Account and return the verified real-money Balance minus any applicable processing fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods . seri88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time at seri88's discretion. Members are advised to check current limits before initiating a transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to a Member's Account within minutes of confirmed receipt by seri88's payment processors. seri88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. seri88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected, the volume of pending requests, and the outcome of any applicable KYC or fraud review. Standard processing targets are:
5.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative arrangement is approved in writing by seri88's finance team following a completed KYC review.
5.6 Transaction Fees. seri88 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party charges levied by banks or e-wallet providers remain the responsibility of the Member.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. seri88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, as disclosed on the platform, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in and contacting support.
6.1 General Bonus Policy. seri88 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published on the promotions page and may include:
6.4 Bonus Abuse. seri88 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and collusion between Members. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. seri88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Members who have already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering will be allowed to complete the rollover under the original terms unless fraud is detected.
6.6 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring. Attempting to claim a one-time promotion multiple times — whether through the same account or multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse under Clause 6.4.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. seri88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: the bet is placed after the event or market has been settled; there is a system error affecting odds or game outcome; or the bet is placed in breach of these Terms.
7.2 Odds and Market Prices. All odds displayed on the seri88 sportsbook — including markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda national team) matches — are subject to change up until the relevant event commences. Accepted bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
7.3 Error and Manifest Error. In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing, game payouts, or any other technical error, seri88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Members. seri88 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a manifest error correction.
7.4 Game Rules. Each game on the seri88 platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail, except where the individual game rules expressly state otherwise for a specific game mechanic.
7.5 Responsible Use of Funds. Members are solely responsible for managing their Account Balance and making informed decisions about the size and frequency of their wagers. seri88 provides responsible gaming tools (detailed in Clause 12) to assist Members in maintaining control of their gaming activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on seri88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Suspension by seri88. seri88 may suspend or restrict a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.
9.2 Investigation Period. During a suspension investigation, the Member will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. seri88 will endeavor to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the Member via their registered email address.
9.3 Closure by Member. Members may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting seri88 support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no prohibited activity is under investigation.
9.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account — whether initiated by the Member or by seri88 — all Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited. Real-money Balances are returned as described in Clause 9.3, subject to deductions for any outstanding obligations.
10.1 Platform Availability. seri88 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. seri88 will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, seri88 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated winnings, and reputational damage — arising from a Member's use of the platform.
10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where seri88 is found to be directly liable for a loss suffered by a Member, seri88's maximum aggregate liability to that Member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Member's Own Responsibility. Members acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that all betting and gaming decisions are made voluntarily and at the Member's own risk. seri88 provides responsible gaming tools to assist in informed decision-making but cannot be held responsible for a Member's individual betting choices or their financial consequences.
11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by seri88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Retention. seri88 retains Member data for as long as the Account is active and for a minimum period after closure as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Retained data is secured in accordance with the security standards described in our Privacy Policy.
11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receive promotional communications from seri88 via your registered email address and, where applicable, SMS. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting support or by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in each marketing message, without affecting your access to the platform.
12.1 Commitment. seri88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help Members maintain control of their gaming activity. Full details are available on our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.
12.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members:
12.3 Mandatory Compliance. Any self-exclusion or cool-off request submitted by a Member will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt by seri88 support. During any active restriction period, seri88 will not send promotional communications to the restricted Member.
13.1 Right to Amend. seri88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of seri88 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
13.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms and their effective date are displayed at the top of this page. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which seri88 holds its international operating license.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Member and seri88, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Members must submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
14.3 Response Timeframe. seri88 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and will aim to provide a substantive written response within 14 business days of receipt. Complex complaints may require additional time; seri88 will communicate any extension to the Member.
14.4 Exclusive Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction for the final resolution of the dispute.
